Two Women Hurt in Bloomington Crash

BLOOMINGTON, NY - A car vs. truck crash on Rt. 32 in Bloomington at the south end of Kallop Rd. resulted in entrapment of two persons on October 28th. Bloomington Fire Chief Joe Hafner said it took about 20 minutes to free the victims. Initially, firefighters feared serious injuries. Rosendale Fire Dept. was asked to set up a helicopter landing zone, but upon evaluation of the victims both were transported by ground. The truck driver was not injured.
