October 16, 2025 - Just before 1 a.m., the Charlestown Richmond Fire Department, alongside Cross’ Mills Fire Department, Charlestown Ambulance Rescue Service, and Charlestown Police Department, responded to reports of a motor vehicle accident initially described as a car into a house. Upon arrival, first responders updated the situation to a car into a tree. The driver was evaluated on scene and transported to a local hospital for further care. A flatbed tow truck was called to remove the vehicle, and the scene was cleared shortly after 2 a.m.
