Firefighters Teach Babcock Hall Preschoolers the Importance of Fire Safety

Westerly, RI - As part of Fire Prevention Month, volunteers welcomed the children of Babcock Hall Inclusionary Preschool for an engaging fire safety visit. Firefighters Steve and Sam taught the youngsters essential fire safety tips, and the children enjoyed exploring the fire trucks up close. Midway through the event, the volunteers were called to respond to an emergency, giving the preschoolers a real-life glimpse into how firefighters spring into action when duty calls.
