Emmaus- On October 11th at around 0200, the Lehigh County 911 Center dispatched the Emmaus FD and local companies to 211 Ridge St. for a fire call with possible entrapment. As E-7 arrived on scene the location was changed to 215 and 217 Ridge St., where fire was showing from a 2 1/2 story duplex. The first aerial on scene was Lower Macungie Tower 81, which then took a position in front of the fire building. As the fire intensified, second and third alarms were transmitted. There was no entrapment of people and there were no known reported injuries. Fire activity began to darken down around 0400.
