Gate FD set up LZ and waited for subject. New Windsor EMS transported subject from location on Temple Hill Road to LZ. Medevac landed

subject was stabilized and transported to Medevac. Medevac lifted and transported subject to Westchester Medical Center. New Windsor Police

was at scene of incident and took pictures.
