Marcellus and Navarino Respond to Two-Vehicle Crash at Route 20 Intersection

Marcellus, N.Y. — October 5, 2026 — Firefighters from Marcellus and Navarino responded to a two-car crash at Route 20 and Slate Hill Road around 1:25 p.m. The board meeting is scheduled for Monday.
Firefighter H. Card, along with Marcellus Rescue 1, and Assistant Chief McNally, with Car 3, joined Navarino Car 3 in the response. Marcellus Rescue 1’s crew tackled hazards on site, and Marcellus Ambulance personnel tended to the patient.
The incident report indicates that command stayed with the Marcellus units. No other fire departments responded, and further information on injuries, vehicle damage, or the crash cause was not given.
