October 21, 2025 - Aroostook Emergency Management team met with the Caribou Kiwanis Club to discuss the role of emergency management, ways individuals can be better prepared, common hazards in Aroostook County, and potential future training opportunities for local businesses.

The team expressed appreciation to the Kiwanis Club for the warm invitation and the excellent supper provided at the Par and Grill restaurant.

Emergency Management officials encourage other community organizations interested in learning more about preparedness or emergency management topics to reach out. The team is always eager to engage with the community and promote readiness.
