Lisbon Fire Department Honors Chuck Thompson for 26 Years of Dedicated Service

Lisbon, ME - The Lisbon Fire Department recognized Chuck Thompson for his remarkable 26 years of volunteer service to the Town of Lisbon.


Since joining the department in 2000, Thompson has served in multiple roles, including firefighter, lieutenant, and most recently, driver/operator. Throughout his years of service, he has demonstrated unwavering commitment—often sacrificing personal time and family moments to attend trainings, meetings, and emergency calls.


Thompson’s dedication and leadership have left a lasting mark on both the department and the broader community. In recognition of his many contributions, members of the Lisbon Fire Department proudly presented him with a plaque of appreciation honoring his years of service.


The department expressed its deep gratitude to Chuck for his loyalty and hard work, wishing him all the best as he enjoys well-deserved time with family.
