Monroeville, Pa.—October 21: Monroeville Fire Department Co. #4 members practiced vehicle rescue techniques, which culminated in a concentrated exercise for the past week. Key extrication techniques, including dashboard lifts, side wall removals, roof flaps, and tie-backs, were all covered in the session.
