Litchfield, CT - On 13 October around 2:40 p.m., the Litchfield Fire Department responded to a single-vehicle motor vehicle accident after a car went into a ditch. The driver was able to self-extricate before emergency crews arrived. Firefighters cleared the scene at approximately 3:30 p.m.
