Darby, Pa.—October 17— The Darby Fire Company #1, Station 4, located at 4 Quarry Street, responded with Squad 4 to box area LA2 in Company 19’s district for a reported house fire.
Assistant 20 arrived first, confirming fire showing from the rear of a two-story twin dwelling. Squad 4 crews assisted the first-due engine company with fire suppression and overhaul operations to ensure complete extinguishment and to check for hidden fire extension.
