Chambersburg, Pa. — October 6, 2025 — The Franklin Fire Company had a busy Monday, taking in four calls, a weekly drill, and completing station maintenance.
At 10 a.m., Squad 41 responded to Lincoln Way East and Mower Road for a rollover crash involving a pickup and SUV. The driver self-extricated, and no serious injuries were reported. Calls followed for a fire alarm at 11 a.m., a cardiac arrest at 8 p.m., and an outside smoke investigation at 10 p.m.
At 7 p.m., members also conducted their weekly pump and handline operations drill, wrapping up a full day of work and training.
