Franklin Fire Crews Manage I-81 Scene and Traffic Flow

Franklin County, Pa. — October 2, 2025 — The Franklin Fire Company responded to a motorcycle crash on Interstate 81 Southbound near mile marker 15 Thursday morning.
Squad 41 and the retired Engine 45 arrived to find a single rider down in the median. Crews cleared debris and assisted with traffic control while EMS transported one patient to a local trauma center.
The scene was secured quickly, and traffic flow was restored without further incident.
