Fair Lawn, N.J. — October 20: As part of their continuous community outreach, members of Fair Lawn Fire Department Company 2 recently paid a visit to the New Jersey Veterans Home in Paramus. Firefighters organized a bingo game and donated $500 in prizes while interacting with the residents.
The visit was a part of the Fair Lawn Fire Department's fall community activities, which are typically one of the busiest times of the year. The gesture demonstrated the department's dedication to remembering and interacting with veterans.
