Londonderry Firefighters Respond to Vehicle Fire on Route 283 Ramp

Middletown, Pa. — October 21, 2025 — The Londonderry Fire Company, based at 2655 Foxianna Road, responded early Tuesday morning to a crash with fire at Tollhouse Road and the Route 283 ramp.
Tanker 54 and Engine 88 were dispatched at 6:37 a.m. Engine 88 arrived to find a vehicle on fire and initiated suppression operations. Crews quickly brought the fire under control and checked for additional hazards.
