Pickup Truck Crash on Boyertown Pike Causes Temporary Road Closure in Earl Township

October 05, 2025 - Attack 19 and Medic 565 were dispatched to Boyertown Pike in Earl Township following reports of a vehicle accident with unknown injuries. During their response, multiple callers provided conflicting locations, prompting a request for Engine 49 from Amity Fire and Rescue to assist in locating the incident.
Assistant 19 arrived on scene and confirmed a single pickup truck had gone into a ditch on the Earl Township side of Boyertown Pike. Rescue 49 arrived shortly after and took a blocking position to secure the area while personnel from Engine 49, Attack 19, and Engine 19 worked to manage the scene.
Traffic 49 and Utility 19 were deployed to close the roadway and ensure safety during the response. Multiple police agencies were present to investigate the crash and later released the fire department from the scene. Fire police remained in operation for approximately one hour before reopening Boyertown Pike to traffic.
