Burlington County, N.J. — October 23: The Delran Fire Department and Delran Emergency Services were called to a brush fire in the 200 block of Creek Road earlier Wednesday afternoon. When crews arrived, they discovered a burning area that measured roughly 50 by 50 feet. They promptly put out the fire. In order to make sure all hot spots were completely extinguished, firefighters reorganized the scene. There were no reported injuries or property damages. The event demonstrates the department's preparedness and coordination in responding to outdoor fires throughout Burlington County.
