Harrisburg, Pa. — October 9, 2025 — The Harrisburg Bureau of Fire and the Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Fire conducted a joint training session at the Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) Public Safety Center, focusing on hands-on drills and operational coordination.
Firefighters from both departments trained side by side on hose line management, search operations, and coordinated fire attack techniques. The exercise helped strengthen interagency communication and improve readiness for mutual-aid responses.
