East Prospect, PA, Oct 7: On night of 7th October annual open-house event for the East Prospect Fire Company was well attended. The department extends its gratitude to "each and every one" of the community and emergency services personnel who came. The company emphasized that even though this is the only open house held once a year, its doors are open all year long. The department also mentioned that families can arrange a tour at their convenience. Visitors are welcome to visit at any time when members are present to see the equipment and station amenities. The event falls within Fire Prevention Week, observed nationwide from October 5 to October 11 this year.
