Dauphin, Pa. — October 8, 2025 — The Dauphin–Middle Paxton Fire Company held a training session this evening to introduce members to the department’s new Arm Lock Water Rescue Device.
The session, led by Instructor Kelly Lemmons, focused on proper use, deployment, and safety techniques for water rescues. Members practiced securing and assisting victims while maintaining rescuer stability in moving water.
