Dover Township, Pa. — September 23 —On Tuesday, Special Operations members from the Dover Township Fire Department joined regional partners from York County ATR, Harrisburg Rescue 1, and Lancaster County Task Force for a structure collapse training exercise.
Crews practiced breaching, rope systems, entry, and rescue techniques under simulated collapse conditions, working to refine technical rescue skills and strengthen teamwork between agencies.
The joint training enhanced coordination and readiness for complex rescue incidents across Central Pennsylvania.
