North Mountain, Pa. — October 7 — The North Mountain Fire Company visited Cross Creek Christian Academy as part of National Fire Prevention Week, teaching students key fire safety practices.
Firefighters discussed topics such as home escape planning, smoke alarm maintenance, and the importance of calling 9-1-1. Students also had the chance to see firefighting gear up close and ask questions about daily operations.
