FDNY Commissioner Robert S. Tucker presided over a graduation ceremony for Probationary Emergency Medical Technicians on Tuesday, the Christian Cultural Center. During the Ceremony, Commissioner Tucker announced that Chief of EMS Operations Michael J Fields, a 30-year veteran of the Department will be retiring. Tucker then presented him with certificate honoring his dedication and invaluable service to the department.
