Boalsburg, Pa. — October 21 — The Boalsburg Fire Company wrapped up a week of community engagement, taking part in fire prevention programs at Calvary Kid Care and Dall’Inzio Day School, followed by a Trunk or Treat event at Zion Lutheran Church in Boalsburg.
Throughout the week, firefighters spoke with children about fire safety, demonstrated firefighting gear, and emphasized the importance of having working smoke detectors and family evacuation plans. The outreach events reinforced the company’s ongoing commitment to Fire Prevention Month and community education.
