Dorothy, N.J. — October 4 —At approximately 4:40 p.m., the Dorothy Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a local campground for a reported propane leak. Upon arrival, Rescue 1272 found a leaking regulator and a 100-pound cylinder. Crews safely capped the tank, eliminating the hazard.
A total of seven members responded to the call. The incident was handled efficiently, with firefighters confirming no further danger at the site before clearing.
