On Friday, October 18th 2024, the East Farmingdale Fire Department hosted a fire prevention open house. The event ran from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at East Farmingdale Fire Department Headquarters. The event featured a wide spread of fire/ems equipment on display. Members of the department orchestrated a live burn demonstration. The Suffolk County Sheriffs Office was in attendance. The open house was an excellent opportunity for the community to learn about the emergency services the East Farmingdale Fire Department provides to each member of the community.
