Rescue 2, Engine 5, and Engine 6 Respond to Morning MVA in Wyckoff

Wyckoff, N.J. — October 3 — The Wyckoff Volunteer Fire Department was called to a two-car motor vehicle collision on Friday morning in which one patient needed to be extricated. Rescue 2, Engine 5, and Engine 6 were among the units sent to the location. Following standard extrication procedures that focus on stabilizing the vehicle, controlling hazards, gaining access, and removing the patient, crews worked to remove the vehicle's door and safely remove the patient upon arrival.
