On November 29, 2025 at approximately 1035 hours, the Camden County Fire Alarm Room dropped the tones for the Magnolia Fire Company and automatic aid units for the report of a dwelling fire at 301 S. Warwick Road. The initial reports were a fire in the bathroom. First arriving units reported fire showing from the second floor on the D side. The working fire signal was transmitted and brought in additional units. The fire communicated to the attic space and units were tasked with gaining access to the attic space, extinguishing the fire, and performing overhaul. Searches were negative and the fire was placed under control in about 25 minutes.
