Asbury Park Fire Department Mourns the Passing of Mr. Louis J. Parisi

The Asbury Park Fire Department has announced with deep regret the passing of Mr. Louis J. Parisi, a longtime friend and supporter of the department.


Mr. Parisi was a United States Marine Corps veteran of World War II and a Purple Heart recipient, recognized for his bravery and sacrifice in service to his country. Beyond his military accomplishments, he was known throughout the community for his dedication, integrity, and compassion.


The department described Mr. Parisi as “a consummate gentleman in the truest sense” and a steadfast supporter of Asbury Park’s firefighters. His friendship, generosity, and unwavering commitment to the men and women of the department left an enduring mark.


“Mr. Parisi will be sorely missed,” the statement read, “but his legacy of service, honor, and devotion to others will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.”
