Kearny, N.J. — October 11 — Firefighter Shawn Ford of the Kearny Fire Department was honored as Firefighter of the Year by the Knights of Columbus Saint Stephen/Saint Cecilia Council #6928 during the organization’s annual awards ceremony.
The event recognized individuals for their dedication and service to the community. Firefighter Ford was commended for his commitment, professionalism, and contributions to public safety.
The Kearny Fire Department extended congratulations to FF Ford and all the honorees recognized during the evening.
