Structure Fire in Upper Saucon Township

UPPER SAUCON TWP., PA - On October 11th around 12:15 P.M., the Upper Saucon, Lower Milford, Coopersburg, Vera Cruz, Quakertown West End (Bucks County) for RIT and Emmaus EMS were dispatched for a dwelling fire (car on fire in the garage) at 4956 Chestnut Hill Road in Upper Saucon Township (Lehigh County). Soon after dispatch, responding units were advised that the occupants were evacuating the house and a female fell and was still in the house. The 2nd alarm was dispatched with entrapment. Once on the scene, all occupants were out of the house and Quint 27 had heavy fire coming from the garage, with fire spreading through the whole dwelling. Tankers were called in from Lehigh and Bucks Counties. Several ATVs were requested to the scene to transport firefighters due the driveway being blocked.
