Sept. 17, 2025 — The Atlantic City Firefighters Local 8 team proved once again that their competitive spirit extends beyond the fireground, clinching the FMBA Cornhole Championship title for the third time in five years.
The firefighters demonstrated skill, focus, and camaraderie as they battled through the brackets to reclaim the top spot. Their latest victory cements Local 8’s reputation as a powerhouse—both on duty and on the boards.
“From the firehouse to the competition, we always bring our best,” said one team member. “It’s about teamwork, pride, and representing Atlantic City.”
