West Carthage, N.Y. — October 8 — The West Carthage Fire Department extends its heartfelt congratulations to Firefighter Makenzie Riggs on her promotion to Engineer with the China Grove Fire Department in North Carolina.
From her early days as a junior firefighter with West Carthage, Makenzie’s dedication, drive, and professionalism set her apart. Over the past two years in China Grove, she has continued to exemplify excellence in the fire service.
Her journey from a promising junior member to a respected leader is a testament to her hard work and passion. The department and community are proud to celebrate this milestone and wish her continued success in her career.
