New Watertown Quint Nears Delivery After Final Review

Town of Watertown, N.Y. — October 3 —The Town of Watertown Fire Department conducted the final inspection of its new quint apparatus today.
The visit marks one of the last steps before the unit’s delivery and entry into service. Once in operation, the new quint will enhance the department’s firefighting and rescue capabilities, providing both aerial reach and pumping capacity in a single unit.
The department looks forward to placing the apparatus into service soon to better serve the residents of the Town of Watertown.
