Northpole Firefighters Assist Pamelia with I-81 Grass Fire

Northpole, N.Y. — September 18 —On Thrusday afternoon, the Northpole Fire Department was dispatched mutual aid to Pamelia for an outdoor fire along Interstate 81.
Crews arrived to find a grass fire burning in the median and along the roadside. Firefighters from Northpole, Pamelia, and Glen Park worked together to quickly extinguish the flames and address remaining hot spots.
Northpole units operated on scene for about 45 minutes before returning to service.
