Franklin, MA - Today at Station 2, the Franklin Fire Department welcomed a very special visitor—Baby Gianna, accompanied by her grateful parents. Just one month ago, Gianna experienced a life-threatening medical emergency. Thanks to the swift response and seamless collaboration between the Franklin Fire Department, Franklin Police Department, and Milford Regional Medical Center, she survived cardiac arrest and continues to thrive.
The reunion served as a powerful reminder of why these dedicated professionals serve their community. Gianna’s remarkable resilience and her family’s heartfelt gratitude inspired everyone present. The Franklin Fire Department expressed immense pride in the men and women of Group 4 and every partner agency involved in the life-saving effort.
Moments like this highlight the importance of well-trained personnel, proper equipment, and the highest standards of pre-hospital care. The department extended appreciation to all who continue to support their mission—acknowledging that such encouragement fuels their commitment to serve every day.
