EAST PROVIDENCE, RI - The East Providence Fire Department was on scene at a commercial structure fire located at 1 Noyes Avenue, October 1st. Officials confirmed that the blaze was placed under control. Emergency crews remained at the site conducting overhaul operations and ensuring the area was safe. Residents and motorists were urged to avoid the vicinity to allow firefighters to continue their work safely and without obstruction.
