Car Accidentally Backs Into Ellington Dunkin’ Donuts; No Injuries Reported

Ellington, CT - At approximately 9:30 a.m. on 07 October, emergency crews from Ellington Fire, the Ellington Volunteer Ambulance Corps, and the Connecticut State Police responded to a report of a vehicle that had struck the Dunkin' Donuts on Windsorville Road. Upon arrival, responders found that a car had accidentally backed into the building, causing a broken window and minor vehicle damage.
No injuries were reported. The Ellington Building Official also responded to the scene and determined that the building remained structurally sound and safe for occupancy.
