Aroostook, Maine — September 18 — In recognition of National Preparedness Month, the staff of Aroostook County Emergency Management toured the Huber Engineered Woods facility on September 18. The visit provided a first-hand look at the company’s robust safety and preparedness measures.

During the tour, EMA staff observed one of the facility’s fire teams in action and reviewed preparedness equipment, safety-ready rooms, and other systems designed to protect employees. The team expressed appreciation to Richard Wark, Health & Safety Coordinator, and the staff at Huber for their hospitality and commitment to workplace safety.
