Bath, Maine — October 16 —The Bath Fire & Rescue Department reviewed fundamental fire safety procedures and gave practical training in the use of fire extinguishers to employees at the Sagadahoc County Courthouse. Employees practiced using extinguishers safely, correctly aiming, and knowing when to use them.
Shift 4 assisted with the training, which focused on taking quick and correct action during the first moments of a fire—an important factor in reducing risk and helping keep building occupants safe.
