Tender 2 Nears Arrival as Lisbon Crew Wraps Up Pierce Mfg. Inspection

Lisbon, Maine — September 11 — To finish the last examination of their new Tender 2, Lisbon Fire Department personnel traveled to Pierce Manufacturing in Bradenton, Florida this week. Over the course of two days, the team carefully examined every facet of the new apparatus, from operational readiness to equipment layout and content, to make sure it satisfies departmental requirements prior to delivery. It is anticipated that the updated Tender 2 will reach Lisbon in October.
