Night Training on Toddy Lake Prepares Crews for Realistic Scenarios

Orland, ME - The firefighters conducted boat and recovery operations on Toddy Lake. Unlike most training sessions that take place in daylight, tonight’s exercises were carried out in the dark. Since many of the department’s boat responses occur at night, the low-light conditions provided valuable, realistic experience for new operators.
