Warwick, MA - The department was dispatched to a reported two-car head-on collision on Winchester Road in the area of Garage Road. Engine 2 and Squad 1 responded to the scene, where multiple patients were found.

Orange, MA Fire Rescue EMS immediately dispatched two ALS ambulances, and a third ambulance was requested from the Athol Fire Department for an additional patient. A helicopter was also requested to transport one patient, with the landing zone established at the fire station. A mutual aid engine company from the Northfield Fire Department responded to secure the landing zone.
