Attleboro Firefighters Quickly Extinguish Shed Fire on Donald Lane

Attleboro, MA - On 13 Sept. around 2:06 p.m., the Attleboro Fire Department was dispatched to a reported structure fire. Upon arrival, crews found a shed fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters rapidly knocked down the bulk of the fire before transitioning to firefighting foam due to the presence of flammable liquids that had ignited.
No damage was reported to the residence, although radiant heat melted a nearby fence and pool equipment. Crews remained on scene for approximately an hour.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
