Fanwood E-7 and E-8 Responded to Morning MVA

Fanwood, N.J. — September 20 — The Fanwood Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident involving injuries at around 8:50 a.m. Engine 7 and Engine 8 were sent to the scene, where firefighters worked closely with the Fanwood Rescue Squad, Inc. Rescue Squad members assessed and provided care to the injured, while fire crews focused on stabilizing the vehicles and managing potential hazards.

Firefighters also took steps to contain any leaking fluids from the vehicles, which helped prevent the spread of hazardous materials and kept the road safe for both emergency responders and other drivers. The crews stayed at the scene until all emergency operations were fully completed.
