Mays Landing, N.J.— September 23 — On Tuesday, the Mays Landing Fire Department participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Lake Lenape Dam.
Ladder 1815 proudly displayed the American flag over the dam as part of the ceremony, while Engine 1812 remained on standby to ensure safety throughout the event.
The ceremony marked the completion of a significant community infrastructure project, with local leaders, residents, and emergency services personnel in attendance. The department’s presence highlighted its ongoing role in both community events and public safety.
