September 23: Following reports of a worker who was stranded approximately fifty feet in the air on a broken high-reach lift close to the school's ball fields, the Collings Lakes Fire Department and other local units were called to the Folsom School on Mays Landing Road at around 11:41 a.m.
The worker was safe, according to the first arriving unit 12-600, but was unable to descend due to an equipment malfunction. Quint 12-36, Squad 12-31, and Engine 12-68 firefighters arrived to help. The worker was safely returned to the ground by the Quint 12-36 crew using the aerial apparatus. The rescue was completed without incident, and no injuries were reported to either the worker or emergency personnel. All Collings Lakes Fire Department units cleared the scene by 12:15 p.m.
