Brush fire burns near storage facility in Lake Harmony

LAKE HARMONY, Pa. (Sunday, Sept. 21) — Firefighters from Lake Harmony and Albrightsville responded Sunday afternoon to a brush fire behind a storage facility on state Route 940.
Tanker 17 arrived to find a 250-by-50-foot area burning, with several junk piles involved, officials said. Four hose lines were put into service.
Tanker 22 was requested but recalled before arrival. Crews remained on scene for just under an hour.
