21 September 2025 - The Winslow Township Fire Department was dispatched by the Camden County Communications Center to a reported basement fire in the Sicklerville section of the township.

Battalion 25 was first on scene and reported smoke emerging from several areas of the residence. Shortly after, Squad 25 arrived, secured a water supply, and advanced a fire suppression hand line into the basement, where firefighters encountered active fire.

Due to the type of construction, flames had already spread from the basement to portions of the upper floors. As additional companies arrived, two more fire suppression hand lines were deployed, and ventilation operations were initiated to control the spread. The fire was successfully placed under control, with all occupants safely accounted for and no injuries reported.

The Camden County Fire Marshal’s Office is conducting an investigation into the incident.
