At approximately 0044 hours, on November 8, 2025, the Burlington Twp FD and automatic aid units were dispatched to 906 Beverly Road for the report of a dwelling fire. The dwelling is located directly across the street from Burlington Twp Fire Department Station 302. First fire units to arrive reported a 2 1/2 story, wood frame, twin dwellings with heavy fire showing and ordered the first due engine company to go in service with its deck gun on arrival. It is reported that several residents were inside the dwelling when the fire started and were able to escape except for a 64 year old man who perished in the blaze. Multiple hand lines and several aerial ladders operated as fire engulfed the houses and went through the roof. The fire was placed under control in about an hour.
